Raspberry Spread

2 Cups (16 oz.) Real Mayonnaise (jar size is actually 15 oz.)
2 Cups Regular Shredded Mozzarella
2 Cups Regular Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 Bunch Green Onions chopped fine (I use about 2/3’s of the bunch)
1 Small Bag Crushed Pecans
1 Small Jar Seedless Red Raspberry Jam (I use Smucker’s)
Your favorite Crackers
  1. Combine mayo, cheeses, and green onions.
  2. Place crushed pecans in the bottom of a pie plate and then put the cheese mixture on top of the pecans. Let that set overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Put a plate on the top of the pie plate and invert it for the mixture to come out onto the plate and then spread the jam on top of the nuts. It does come out of the pie plate very easily--no cooking spray needed. Obviously this is not lowfat/low calorie but is delicious.
  4. Serve with Crackers.
